Try using a sequential file and use it to trigger the SP stage.

Reading from Active Directory in Datastage 8.1

Hi All,

Is it possible to read data from Active Directory (LDAP) and load into a table (Any Database for that matter). If yes how should I go about it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Setting up connecting to MySQL from Datastage

I am trying to setup connection to MySQL database from Datastage , I am running DS 8.0.1 with NO fix packs and Data Direct ODBC 5.2, there is no mySQL lib file to connect to MySQL . Can some one please help me to setup this connection.

There are so many old files lying in the /local/data1/IBM/InformationServer/Server/Datasets and they are huge.. the total size of this directory is 48G , will this cause a performance issue? Exporting Project

Hi All,

Is there a way take an export of a project ( I have about 400 jobs) from a command line ?

Is there a CM tool that can be configured with Datastage so that we can maintain version history?

Any help is appreciated.
