Hi

I am trying to extract data from oracle table which is a very high volume
so i am confused with the array size value to be and actually ithe problem is the rows per sec is decreasing as the job is running further and it takesa lot of time to finish the job.

Can any one help me out in this

Yeah i got a chance to see the dsenv file and everything related to oracle variables are configured and i have restarted the datastage server

even though i am facing this error

All the jobs
and this is not the first time i am using OCI stage

And can you please tell me how to check the configuration of dsenv file or how to configure the dsenv file to add oracle variables

we are using oracle 9i

Hi I am trying to run the datastage job i am getting this error "ds_loadlibrary: error in dlopen of oraoci9.so - libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" It seems connection to oracle is having some problem Can any one help me out in this Thanks in Adva...

normally when i want to call a procedure i will use before after tabs in the oci stage .

if the package name is xxx
and procedure name is yyy
i have tried calling like
call xxx.yyy();

but it is giving an error saying "invalid sql statement"

Are you sure that we can call a procedure inside a package from a stored procedure stage

Hi , I am reading data from a .dat file which have 3 columns and 1 row in which the data is like this ''ABCD,20/03/2010,hghui3hgk3o3io'' so my job is to load this into oracle table ,while doing this the date column is not getting inserted properly it shows like "20/01/2028 08:00:00.000000"...
