I have searched the forum and cannot find a conclusive answer. I am attempting to use the SQL Server bulk load stage, however am getting the DataStage error: "SQL server OLEDB provider authorization failed." The database log contains: "12/06/2007 09:36:26,Logon,Unknown,Login failed fo...

Reading Surrogate Keys from SDKSequences
Hi Can anyone tell me why when I follow the steps the the second post of the linked topic, the ID values are visible when performing a "right click, view data" on the source hash stage, but are not present in the sequenctial file output when the job is run. http://www.dsxchange.com/viewtop...

I have read many posts regarding exporting jobs using dsexport. However I would also like to export other DS objects, particularly routines. I have tried the /ROUTINE = RoutineName but with no joy. Has anyone any idea how I can export routines as independent dsx files from the command line? Thanks i...

SH UniVerse Command on Windows
Hi
When at the UniVerse command line on a Windows installation, how do you shell out to the Windows command line?
SH only works for UNIX.
Thanks in advance

It seems it is not possible to set $UserStatus as a dynamic array: *Set up array TestA<1,1> = '1=' TestA<1,2>= 'One' TestA<2,1>= '2=' TestA<2,2>= 'Two' TestA<3,1>= '3=' TestA<3,2>= 'Three' *Set job user status and log Call DSSetUserStatus(TestA) TestB = DSGetJobInfo(DSJ.ME,DSJ.USERSTATUS) Call DSLog...
