Pathy, What are the security change you made with your server/security setup? Are you using Service account / local system user to start the services ? If it is service account can you check whether it is still valid or not? I think its authentication issue...and usually occurs when your account is ...

I think this error is because of insufficient swap memory...and probably you can see it in the event viewer of windows. Apply above server fine tune tips and you can get rid of most of this performance related problems.

Recently we had performance problems for our v8.1 on windows 2k3, jobs were failing with out of processor time and memory, after searching a lot I found following article:-
