It looks it can be done in a similar way even with a broken Version set of values. Column generator could provide both its own Version and a (Version-1). Very nice...

Superstition!?

Trying to stay away from too many Transformer stages within a job and checking out for alternatives. But I guess no matter the approach, everything comes with a cost :)

identify changes within a table

Hello, I have to identify changes from a table, as they occur in sequence, by Version number. Version,BK,Value 1,A,3 2,A,5 3,A,5 4,A,4 5,A,5 The result should retain only Versions 1,2,4 and 5 as having a change from previous record. Can this be done without Transformer? Thank you for your time...

Hello, I am trying to load data from DB2 into Teradata using Bulk(Fast) method with the connector stage (DS 8.5). If using NLS='window-1252' and Client Character Set='LATIN1252_0A' there are issues with some special characters. '9D' hexadecimal in source ends up being '1A' in Teradata. Was trying to...
