Anto,
The DSN should be created on the server machine.
Create a system DSN on the server machine and the job should run fine.

I have the same requirement and is clearing of the status file a safe option to do. Is there some thing that i should be aware of. Also should we clear the status file? can i not delete it?

I am using 7.5 so it's obvious that it is not fixed in it.

Try increasing the parameter array size and transaction size in your target stage.

Also check if there are indexes on the target table. If so consider dropping them before the load and recreate them after the load completes.

Yes the input data is correct. The job completed successfully when i reran it using the same input datafile.

Looks to me that authorities for the users and groups have changed.

Datastage offers a user group based authentication. log in to administrator and check if your user group has the required permissions to edit the datastge jobs.
