Where exactly are you trying to execute dsjob? Your post suggests you may be trying to run dsjob in the Command Interface in the Administrator. the key column in referential file(emp table) appear as a red mark until map these field with primary key of the main file.once you establish the relation ship(mapping) between this two fields,you can drag the fields for out put mapping.

its very simple to resolve this issue,what you have to do just specify the length of the decimal fields what ever you have in your job.

dsjob -import <projectname> <DSX filename(which is containing the executable jobs> <job/jobs names>

similarly for exporting
