Hi,
I'm using Datastage V8.7, and currently I need to let Datastage job to retrieve records from LDAP. Could any expert give me hints here on how to configure the Datastage so that it be able to query fetch records from LDAP?
Thanks in advance.

If you have the need, you could add the lower-case alphabet to the mix as w...

Hi,
Currently the server version I'm am using is 7.5.1.A to oad data from tables to a data set file using Dataset stage. Is there any way to let the data set file have two exactly same columns(column types, column names .etc) by updating dataset stage?
Thanks

Try CurrentTimestampMS() and set the extended properties of the column to include micro seconds and set length to 26 and scale to 6. CurrentTimestamp() will give just seconds as you presented if the extended properties are not set. If they are you would get 000000 as the micro seconds. Using Curren...

what is the action of "stage the data"
I saw one datastage question, and it is "The jobs in which data is read directly from OCI stages are running extremely slow. I had to stage the data before sending to the transformer to make the jobs run faster." I'm not clear what's the meaning or action of "stage the data" mark...

After finishing this step, please also make one copy of the uvodbc.config locating in your DSHOME under the project folder if you created this project earlier than updating the .odbc.ini/uvodbc.config....nmed27 wrote:Create an entry in uvodbc.config located in your DSHOME.
