issue solved after refering to IMB support, by creating an empty result.txt under the folder InformationServer\Clients\MetaBrokersAndBridges\IBM WebSphere Metadata Server MetaBroker and it's working now,

i tried it from another machine and it's working, i dont know what is happening with mine.

yes i'm using the exact same host name and port that i'm using to get to the metadata workbench or any other Info Server instance

I'm using IBM Import Export Manager not Metadata Asset Manager and I'm unable to connect to metadata repository of IBM InfoSphere Information Server in the first screen.

Dears, i'm trying to import BI reports from SAS BO but i always recieve this error after specifying information for connecting to the metadata repository of IBM InfoSphere Information Server. "error opening results file" and this is from the IBMWDISPostprocessor.log ERROR: An error occured...

I installed DS 8.7 on a machine that already has DS7.5 installed, and I choose 31539 to be used as server port for 8.7. but now I removed 7.5 and I want to change 8.7 port from 31539 to the default one 31538

how can i use the ORCHESTRATE in the select clause

ex.

select ORCHESTRATE.column_name from table_name

when i tried it it returned with the columne name as value not the cloumn content
