try to create a data source name(DSN) in your pc(under ODBC Data Source Administrator).. test connect to the DB that you are trying to connect if there is an error... make sure that you are admin(member in the admin group) in your PC

you need a sequential file(import the metadata) then link it to a copy file and load it to your target file.

try to use this

orchadmin rm C:\IS_Projects\DS_Data\Target\Sandbox\*.ds

You can choose the Notification activity icons in the JOb sequencer stage...in there you may define the emails that will sent emails alerts.
