I don't think this is an IBM problem. That is normal FastLoad behavior to silently drop duplicate rows regardless of whether the target is a SET or MULTISET table. TPT became available in TTU 8.1 Edition 2, but it is only supported by the Teradata Connector which is only available in Information Server 8.0.1 FP 1. Teradata Connector requires the Parallel Transporter
You need to install the Teradata Parallel Transporter which can be found on the Load-Unload vol. 2 CD.
