Hi,
I am trying to to pull out the list of datastage jobs and its description to a report.
Is there any easy way of doing it..
All I want is
Job Name ,Description
JOB1,Job to perform Delta operation..

The parallel Sequential File stage is notoriously bad at handling quoted strings containing field delimiters. Unfortunately I do not believe that you can restore the partition to one of the other nodes and have it work. The location of the partitions are contained within the .ds header. You can certainly use a different configuration in your job then what was used to create the dataset, but I believe that ...
