Hi All,

I'm unable to find the correct fix pack from the IBM website.

The version is 8.1.0.0. Please provide me the link if anyone has it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Sunny, I've got news from my AIX Admin that you can indeed change this location but the folder should be in the same server. Now, If we make a new folder in the same server then the space issue will still be there. So my suggestion is to increase the space in your server and keep the default valu...

Hi Subbulakshmi,

Welcome aboard. Sorting on 7 keys is for sure going to take sometime.

How many nodes are there in your environment and what partitioning method are you using?

Hi Sunny, Is there any way to change the value of this variable, so that we can generate OMD Xml files into some other folder then "/opt/IBM/InformationServer/ASBNode/conf/etc/XmlFiles"?? Why would you want to change it? The "XmlFiles" folder is required only to generate operatio...

Hi Mark,

Did you try enabling the server trace option from the Administrator Client?

And at unix server level also we can capture the log file I think, because we are doing it in our AIX server.

Missed out a little thing.

JR32003 is a part of Fix Pack 1 itself.

So it is better to install the FP1 completely. :)

Just a small note.

In the script, the starting "fi" is missing so I doubt if the script will work correctly.

Hi Rahul,

For the first part about the stages, It would be better if you can give the existing job design with clear description and the change requirements so that we can work on the modification.

For the second part about WISD stages, I'll look into it and let you know

Hi Arulan, As per my understanding of the post, the "Table A" which is the target table has already got 10 columns and Col1 to Col5 are using some transformation logic whereas Col6 to Col10 are just direct mappings. So the confusing part is what's the problem in loading Col6 to Col10. :? I...

Hi Chris,

Try installing "rollup_RU1_MCM_windows_81" and/or JR32003.

Actually JR32003 will work for 7.5.3. Not sure about 7.1.

Thanks Craig & Ray, I tried to find the patch JR36509 in http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21406224 but in vain. I've asked the Server Administrator to download the fix pack and install it first. In the mean time I had a look into the Version.xml file in the server and got a feel ...
