I want to pass the values to the environmental variables in the server job. Can you pls assist me on this

Actually i am ftping the file from the upstreams to ETL server, in the ETL server i need to keep the filename as TCyyyymmdd.txt where YYYYMMDD is the current date.

Can anyone assist me in this.

We are upgrading the oracle 8i to 10g database. In the jobs we are using stored proceedure stage. Will the same stage works for 10g also without changing.

I cann't change the datatype, its coming from source itself.

when accessing the oracle table which has column defined as BLOB datatype through oracle 8 stage in datastage 7.5.1A, i am getting the error
"oracle datatype not presently supported".

Pls can anyone help me in this.
