Yup u r right...i installed the patch n i am able to open jobs now....

if u r using DS8.1 or 8.0.1 ..go to the information analyzer and import ur log file...thats pretty easy

try importing table definitions using the plugin ....if u can see the DSN of urs....then its for sure that there is no issue with tnsnames.ora file...if not post the tnsnames.ora file ...we will take care

i guess the dsx file is read only...

open the dsx file in a notepad and look for ReadOnly = '1'..if u see this replace it with Readonly'0'....n u will be good to go...

try indexing your repository...u will be good....

Try creating a new user in the Local User groups and assign that user to dstage.

yes.i was able to compile.but suddenly now it is going to not responding mode.
