Folders that you mean is Repository where jobs are located. I am aware of the location where jobs are saved and job needs to be re-created.

Re-creating the job sequence with all the jobs
Ray, I am getting error msg as "general repository interface 'other error'" in sequence and job level at times. I have searched inthis forum and found jobs need to be copied and renamed. Since I have more jobs, i need easiest way to acheive this.

Re-creating the job sequence with all the jobs
Hi, A master sequence which consists of 50 Sub-sequence is failing on daily basis due to controller problem. I need to copy and create the master sequence as a new master sequence ie, all the jobs (around 500 jobs) and Job sequence needs to be copied and re-created. Please advice the easiest process...

Thanks for the info provided. Issue has been resolved now by filtering policies which has wrong data.

Chulett, you are correct with first point. Can you explain more on this. I am having delimiter as | (pipe). I have checked both input and Ouput has same demlimiter.

Improper & junk data - having wrong metadata. Policy number filed is having name of the policy holder.

I viewed the data in Datastage and able to see difference in Input (data wrote to file) and output. Input data (data wrote to file) is looking correct and Ouput data seem to improper and junk data.

Ok chulett. I have checked the path, metadata etc. Everythink looks fine. I have changed the Incomplete column action to Error. Please advice now.

Timeout error
I am getting Timeout error while running 2 jobs parellely, since jobs are scheduled I am not able to control. So could you please advice any permanent solution for this. So that I can aviod manual intervention to rerun the job. I check with my DBA and there is no lock or issues in database.
