There is a difference in SQL output between first 2 runs. First time it says as 30 records as output but when job ran again it throws 4 rows as output. Job design is odbc stage - > Transformer - > Seq File. couple of joins in the SQL. I am getting same results which I get in 2nd run if I run 10 time...

Yes it is server job.
Small change in design. It is not seq file instead it is hashed file.
