check the enviorment in which you are reading it... since it partition it wont work on two different enviorment unless config file is same for both... i mean if you are reading dataset which created on 8-node config server to 4-node it won't work .... for that you should create new dataset on 4-node...

you never said dupicate to be captured... there are many ways but one which i have tried ans tested sort the data using sort stage on key column which decide your duplicate.. then aggregate on same key. so you will have column value and count... now inner join input file with one the output from agg...
