Can anyone tell me what causes a Unicode Conversion Error.

I'm simply taking data from a flat file and loading it into SQL Server. The data contains a mixture of data types.

Can anyone tell me why I get this error and what it means.

DSD_SendEvent.B:Error Starting run

It flags up a warning message in the log, but the job still runs successfully.

I've installed Metabroker and am trying to use it to import metadata from QualityStage. It allows me to select the option and then QualityStage but seems to just do nothing therefater.
