I resolved the issue by myself.Usually when you establish the parent,child relationship and pass the primary key values you need to change the datatype to Bigint(19) instead of varchar which is set by default as the limit would be reached in DataStage to 99999 and it doesn't posts any idocs.

I ran a job to load data containing 5200 records from database into DEBMAS05 IDOC using SAP IDOC Load stage & it worked properly and loading into SAP was done in 30 minutes.After that I re-ran the job after 30 minutes and it gets into hanged mode.Looked whether data is writing into IDocLoadData ...

I see the same problem, my agent on port 31531 is going down frequently.

I have given an dsn entry in the .odbc.ini file and trying to create a new DataStore in Info Analyzer 8.1 but it throws a typical error saying "ODBC function {0} reported: SQLSTATE = 82: Native Error Code = 0: Msg = 523 80".We are trying this on Information Server 8.1 version.

Sometimes it does that but to remove that running status go to director under the job tab click on cleanup resources select your job under that and kill it.Then click on clear status file under job tab and it would reset the status from running to compiled.
