You can use the Compare stage to do the comparison between 2 different source by using RCP. We have done this to compare Oracle and teradata.

Have you installed all the connector patches in server and client? These patches are on top of 8.1 Fix-pack1.

Yes your right. spaces should be removed during load.

The data 'prashanth ' should load to the table as 'prashanth'.
