Need help with dsjob command

Hi,

I am using the shell script to trigger the datastage sequence with the below syntax

dsjob -run -jobstatus ProjectName JobName

The sequence is getting aborted after 50 warnings.
I want the sequence to run without abort after 50 warnings.
How to achieve this.

Thanks in advance.

we cannot go for surrogate key stage as we need to maitain the referntial integrity of the keys. moreover we will use these keys in other jobs so as we cannot lose the values during runtime Sorry but I'm afraid I don't understand either sentence in this context. Does the first one refer to the ques...

Hi,

Are you using same Datastage job to read and write the db2 table ?
Is there any other process whcih has locked your target table for processing?

Check for table locks with DBA and get them cleared after conforming that "killing" wont affect others job/process.

Thanks

Hi, You mean to say that your sources is Oracle and target is sqlserver. In that case just take substring of 19 for the Oracle timestamp for ex LnkFromOracle.Timestamp[1,19] assuming LnkFromOracle as your link name from oracle and Timestamp as your column name from oracle which has to be loaded to s...

I guess you cannot view the contents of those files.
Even if you view you can find a large C programs handling various functionalities..

My suggestion is to forget about the content of those files as it has nothing to do with your job design, let DataStage take care of it
