Ray why dont we have Images in the Reference documents....since it is a GUI tool i feel seeing the image and referring the document makes more sense to me.....!

In Informatica i can rate the documentation as 9/10 because they use images paralelly with text, But in DS oops....nothing except text...!

Upsert mode does a typical RDBMS style update and Insert, whereas the Load option creates these control files and log file and it also uses the BULK loader utility of database.

Why dont you Pull the second link for AGG from COpy stage.? I assume that you are using the second link (Agg) to get the count rows.

Try to use a AGG stage in the pipeline with dummy col and use row count in the properties given and output it to the seperate target file and
append to the same file in all the jobs you will get the report in a flat file then you use script to do mailx to the recepient.

Yes as far as Oracle Path is concerned you have to at Unix level.

I believe this is at the Job level not at the record level! Folks can anybody tell me what do i do with the half processed data in production, Say 50% of the data is commited on target and you are doing only inserts. how do we take care of it? Do we have to delete the records and reload it or there ...
