tried the same thing. "join the three links together using a Transformer stage joining on the constant" but looks like there is timing issue. the three links which are doing counts takes time but before that my trasnformer main stream link then looks up hashfile created or still getting cr...

I have a requirement where i am creating counts in a delimited file, something like below Source col1 Yes Yes No No Target(File)(based on three condiitions YES/NO/NA) 2|2|0 the reason is even if there is no value for any of the 3 conditions i need zero. i am using TFM splitiing by using constraints ...

Can anybody provide me a simple example of using a loop.
i just read from one of the threads.

"If you've got version 8.5 you can do that in the Transformer stage using the new internal loop"

Try to use DRS stage (it worked for me) and also i think we need put this column in the end(IBM advice),or try to append the data (for clob column) one after another in a seperate load.

If you are an admin or you are using admin id, it shouldnt be disabled.
when you install DS, "isadm" is the admin user which gets created for the console.

I am not able to see any projects >>>> initially you wont see any projects.
initially it will be an empty list that doesnt mean the DataStage project is empty.

you are not missing any settings.

The Datastage Project folder will not be visible here,
you will have to create your own project to do use the projects under datastage for may be a webservice or something.

Ray has already answered this question.

Lose the "H" from the time conversion, which specifies a 12-hour clock. No "H" specifies a 24-hour clock.
