And it's only in unqualified help - the List Command works properly in, for example, HELP SQL or HELP BCI. If you want just a list of help topics you can execute a query. That said, there does appear to be a problem with HELP alone. null values are empty strings, I think by setting the datatype to a timestamp it implies a fixed width.
