Thanks you all. Yes if we specify server related information we have use either of the below options with ALL parameters. -file <file> <domain> <DataStage server> or -domain <domain> -user <user> -password <password> -server <DataStage server> Thanks again for all your help.

Hi Ernie,

I used XML output stage. I didnt give any output link. I got stage options write to an output file option But in file path I can only select static file name.
Please let me know how give index or any dynamic value in the filename.

Hi Ray, I tried with -param (without -param also) but it still giving the same error :( . Please let me know is -param parameter is mandatory. How to resolve this error. :shock: runinfo=`dsjob -server $server -user $user -password $pswd -run -jobstatus -param dummy=d RMS_OFFSHR_RT test2 2>&1`

Oracle oci stage options

I am using Oracle OCI stage input.
Under Input > Sql tab > userdefined ,generated ddl,usedefined ddl tabs got disabled . Please let me know how to enable this option. Which settings have to look into ?

Thanks Craig,

I am using oracle 9i. As I mentioned I have both source and target defined as CLOB. Using a CAST function and changing the target data type to Varchar2(4000) did the trick.
