Supress datstage log in PROD environment
Hi, Don't know it can be done. Have not seen anywhere. I want to know if there is any way I can supress all warning and informational messages from datastage director? I want to get the Fatal warnings, but not the green and yellow ones. Also, need to know whether supressing logs adds any performance...

Hi Vino, Take a Sequential file stage. Open the stage, add columns in Columns tab, set the file name in Properties tab. Check the options and set those which you like. Go to Format tab. Another way is to make a left outer join on both the files keeping new recordset on the left link. It will give you matched record as well the new records. Add a filter to pass only those records where join column value is null. It will give only new records. Populate these values in sq file. Thanks...
