How to purge the RT_LOG using DELETE command in uvsh

Hi,

I'm trying to purge RT_LOG file (DATA.30 and OVER.30) using DELETE command. The problem is that only the DATA.30 file is being purged. Is there a way or a command you could use to purge OVER.30 file?

This is an example of the command I use:

Code: Select all

DELETE FROM RT_LOGXX WHERE TIMESTAMP < 'Today'

81022: Failed to connect to host

We have a problem when we try to connect to any client application; the following error displays:

Failed to connect to host: sql, project: UV
Internal error (81022)

We can only solve this by restarting the server, but the error shows again after some jobs run.

I will appreciate the help !!

C++ Compiler

I am using DataStage Enterprise Edition 7.5x2 on Windows and therefore need Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003 C++ compiler in order to compile Transformer Stage. Since that version of the C++ compiler is kind of old it is no longer available on MS web site. Does anyone knows how I can get it?
