i think we cannot use shared container as lookup in datastage server jobs, if i am wrong please let me know more info on it.

C:\Documents and Settings\s1>echo %time%
22:32:38.65

for above time in 24 hour format, below commad gives the output as 22

C:\Documents and Settings\sabankar>echo %time:~0,2%
22

please can you let us know how is the format of csv file column_name and its value, so that we can analyze your requirement to pass value for routine.

if you are inserting the value in database with column of sql type as timestamp then you need a format as 'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MI:SS', do concatenation to get this format with proper time you want.
