We are looking for all the jobs where the source tables in those jobs has access to a paticular database. Is there any way to find this information?

Thanks in advance

Thanks Chulett. I have tried the below function and it seems to be giving the correct output:

FMT(DSLink34.SEQ_NO,"R%9")

Please correct if i am wrong.

Thanks

Sai,

Thanks for the reply. Infact i could get the sequence number using sequencer in oracle. I am getting the numbers as '1','2' etc;

Is there any simple way to convert this to 9 digit format with 'zeroes' in front of that number?

1 ---->000000001
11 ---->000000011

Thanks

Hi everyone, We have finally reseolved this issue after a struggle of 10 days or so.. After a DS restart and clearing the files in PH folder we could resolve this issue. No more failures today :) As per IBM Support, the number of files in the PH folder should not exceed more than 1000. Since we have...

Thanks,

Thanks all. Can i clear all of the files in &PH& folder? Will there be any issue with the existing jobs if i delete all the files in it? If we need to clear that folder, should we need to make sure that no job is running at that time? @ Vivek -- Yes after some time when we ran them manually,...

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I would contact IBM on this as you suggested.
Does clearing DS logs in the director clears the files in &PH& automatically? Or the files in that directory needs to be removed manually? Sorry for this stupid question.

i check the /tmp and it is also 3 percent filled. So i guess it is not an issue. We are not getting any error status codes in the datastage logs. It is just getting reset by itself. I am wondering what could be the reason? After 4 AM EST when we try to re-run the scripts manually, they are running f...

Hi,

Today another 30 jobs failed and when i checked the DS server CPU, it was 0 percent idle.
Is this the reason why these jobs are failing?

Thanks
Sue
