Sir, in fact , there is no more helpful massage reported. I mean I use a different Database userid. And I judge that probably becase the difference privilege between the two Database userid, but I don't know the specificful requirement of a Database userid to use sybase EE.

How to read time datatype from sequential stage

How are you, friends?
I have a ETL task to finish. The source is sequential file, in which a column is time type like:"10:59:40:543AM" or "8:59:40:543PM" .
