Please let us know your job design. it seems that you are trying to create a hashed file for error records and no records are qualifying for it.

I suppose your job is trying to create a hashed file. Please verify that your user has write privliges to the directory where you are creating the file.

Well the problem seems to be related to NLS. Cross check with every other user whether they have changed some configurations? Lastely obtain the latest service pack for XP and try that too!!

As RAY pointed out , do not use the Project names for Hashed Files as it creates additional maintainence tasks which are directly related to firing commands on the engine!!

Well, It all depends on the ODBC Driver that your Database vendor has provided for datastage. What database are you using? Please contact your Support provider for driver update! :idea:
