usage of APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE environment variable

Hi, We would like to use APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE to increase the memory usage and hence performance. Can any one please tell us what is the default value, minimum and maximum values that we can assign for APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE variable? i assume that the maximum value depends on the memory av...

Even so, your tsort operators will still be constrained by any limit set explicitly in the Sort stage or by APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE environment variable. You will probably need to increase one of these also. Hi Ray, We want to use APT_TSORT_STRESS_BLOCKSIZE to increase the memory usage and hence...

Transaction Size is equivalent to the commit level, hence my answer. The Array Size is only applicable to the Upsert method and is an optional 'sub-property' of the Insert SQL property. Thanks for the reply I think my explanation of question has gone wrong. My requirement is to set the number of re...

could not find DateGenericToTimeStamp

Not strange at all. Any routine that is reference by a transform is trumped by that transform's definition and thus only shows up in that list. You'll need to check under the 'DS Transforms' link instead when trying to use it in a job. Thanks craig, i was able to find DateGenericToTimeStamp ...

Hi,

you are cutting wrong positions.

try with

DSLink2.VISIONDATA[38,7], then it will give 0077700 for VarChar.

if you want decimals, you can change that based on your requirement.

hope it helps

It's there, but may be disabled (greyed out). In that case you need to enable display of generated OSH using the Administrator client. I manage to get that thing activated... and here is the OSH ################################################################# #### STAGE: Lkp_StmCAtGrp_PtyNA ## Ope...

ray.wurlod wrote:No. And I did not ask for the job log, I asked for the generated OSH, and only for a portion thereof. You will find this in the job properties, on the Generated OSH tab.
When I looked for Generated OSH in job property I did not find any Generated OSH Tab. Is there any other way we can get that?
