I tried with 20081101 00:40:00 and it gave me 2008 11 01 11:39:00
I was expecting oct 31 instead of nov 1?
Is there a way to handle it

Hi I have a time stamp field that is in YYYYMMDD HH24:MI:SS format , I need to figure out a way to check put a logic where in I need to check if the time is between 12 to 12 59 am then I need to substract one day from the date and then an hour (for eg if the incoming file has the field as 20081109 1...

Sure , we have a lot of information regarding installation and configuration , but i think i should have mentioned in my earlier post , that I am looking more on migrating jobs export/import the dsx , related documentation and things that are different in datastage 8 , common compilation errors etc ...

We are trying to upgrade datastage from 7.5.3 to version 8.1 on HP box , Is there a pdf thats gives me dos and don'ts ,

Appreciate that ! True , but right now the job i am trouble shooting is aborted and the logs are gone (purged) , I was just wondering if there was an easy way to find what jobs this seq is calling (as there are tens of jobs in the main sequence ) and if not my other option would be to go into the jo...
