Author will feel the relevance.

And I feel that there is no need to say any post as offtopic for no cause.

Bifurcate means cutting into halves. That means two parts. and so bifurcate into 4 makes no sense and the word is used out of context. Ray is pointing it out. Nothing related to the actual topic i guess. ray.wurlod - Is this you wanted to convey? please confirm. I dont think that he might mean this...

If the default value is not given for $APT_CONFIG_VALUE and the default config file(config.apt) is not found in the Working directory and in $APT_ORCHHOME/etc, DataStage will throw an error message like below if we attempt to even compile the Parallel Job having Transformer Stage. Can you ensure that Null in the table does have a reprentation in the text file too(as at least empty string)?

Better output the rejected records from Sequentila File Stage to an another file and see that unfit.

That output looks correct, you have found that the JOBNO for that job is number "6". What do you think your problem is? Is that true that If we delete a Job through Designer, the corresponding record entries in DataStage files DS_JOBS, DS_JOBOBJECTS would be deleted and all respective run...

No Sravani,

The problem is NOT because of IsNull() funtion, either. And teh suggestion you provided is not correct and not needed at first.

The header IS a row, and therefore is properly included in the row count. The header is NOT counted as a row if we set "First Line is column names" true. is it enviormrnt issue or something else. It would NOT be an environment issue. Please check that option in the Sequential File Stage w...

The problem is NOT because of SetNull() being used there. There is no need to substitute this implementation with default value.

We can not take any immediate conclusion of what problem is until author(jaysheel ) comes up with more error messages.
