The environment varaiables are set in the correct path only.The file dsstpora.so is present in the PXhome/lib.still getting the error

The File is located on the correct path only

I am using the Stored procedure stage ,while running the stage we are getting so many errors

below are error's

When loading null date into Oracle table using the Load functionality the dates are getting loaded correctly but while using the upsert functionality Update then Insert a strange value like '30-12-1899' gets loaded for null values. Can someone explain this ocurence or a workaround it?
