It looks like, in that cases- at point,TIMEDATE matches with TimeOutSession, the execution point at sleep(5) ,so there were never timeout.

Yes,
I am able to view data when I do Import --> Table Definitions -->Sequential file Definitions --> at Preview it showing above value.

In Dev environment, I created one environmental variable at Project level by DS Administrator, and at Job level I am defining the value of this parameter as $ENV. Also I am executing shell script in Before-job subroutine. It is working fine.
