Agree - But this is the case for XP professional. I have installed ones, IS client - 8.1 successfully on XP professional.

Here is the answers
1. Is your Tgt_StagingArea is a Flat File ? Yes

2. If 'Yes' have you enabled 'output column names' to True ? No
Also I checked this Flat File on Unix, there is one record (NOT COLUMN NAME)
