xmeta database change

We have installed datastage on aix and xmeta schema stores in oracle. now we are planing to create new/change database name.
Is there any idea how to change or create new xmeta schema with different databse which was pointing to aix box.

There is no change in Application. The change is with xmeta only. So Application objects will call required things from xmeta when ever necessary from the tool designer or director. ---------. what is the procedure to take backup all together(universe repository and xmeta). at least i will try to ma...

Backup has been taken properly and need full restore.
If restore earlier backup, Application ( unix and websphere) are in sync or will go out of sync?

We are using only one server to store xmeta and busines tables. All records are coming from source no need to generate a column in the middle. the way source records are coming need to insert in target All three recors are coming from the source with the same value First record will insert directly with one value Second record will be duplicate so it is not goin...

This requirement is not to increment.output is a string value. is there any idea of disign.

Duplicate record insert with other value

I have a requirement like
If id=1 and cd=10 then 'a'
If id=1 and cd=10 then 'b'
If id=1 and cd=10 then 'c'
if the same record comes again from source then need to chage the value
target is oracle table.

May i know the logic behind this to do
