Hi Wah,

Looks like mks tool kit is installed when you installed datastage 7.5x2 server.

My suggestion is uninstall every thing i mean realed to datastage.

Go with the fresh install. why not install parallel first give it a try.

Still installation fails after reaching 55%.

I too had a problem with the installation of datastage because of a corrupted MKS toolkit file. Try installing MKS toolkit separately and see if you have the same problem. Hi,

When try to install DataStage 8.0 , i am getting the following error.

An error occurred installing the domain component. For information, see log file.

When i look at the log i came to know that MKS Toolkit is not installed.

can any one guide me how to resolve this issue.
