Hi Gurus,

when I used the command dsjob -logdetail projectname jobname

Iam getting error

Status code = -9999 DSJE_DSJOB_ERROR

please help me with actual command.Am i going wrong.

when i run dsjob -log projectname jobname, inorder to view the log messages from the command prompt, iam getting error,

saying

ENTER MESSAGE TEXT TERMINATING WITH CTRL+D

can anyone please post the actual syntax.

You are helping me a lot, can we access the Hashfiles which are created in the universe by Unidata stage.

I know that we can retrieve by Universe stage, or is Unidata stage used only for Unidatabases.

Hi Gurus,
whats the actual difference between the dataset and file set.
I mean datasets are persistent dataset.The flow is controlled by means of a control file.
whereas filesets aren't persistent datasets. Is there any other difference in terms of handling data.

I mean there are date handling function in server edition, Iconv and Oconv functions are not in the parallel version. In such case how to convert from dd-mm-yy to yy-mm-dd format in parallel version.
