Go to a DOS / cmd prompt and type "move /?" for help on the command.

On 'DOS' it is not MOVE but mv. In Windows, go to Accessories and Command prompt and type help mv - you'll get all of the information you need.

So according to the error log you are getting some row inserts but erors and/or warnings. What are you using in DataStage - the DB2 UDB API stage or the DB2/UDB Enterprise stage? If using the UDB API stage, have you tried setting the Buffering Mode to default instead of Auto and then running the job...

Going back to the problem of the OP and the reply by vasa_dxx, I believe what is meant is that, in the Sequential File Stage, click on View Data, and see what the result is.

Yes, that's how it is meant to be used - you put the path to the "SQL file" in the user-defined SQL This sounded interesting, so I gave it a shot using the Dynamic RDBMS stage and got it working. Under Stage - General Tab I selected the DBMS Type (in my case, DB2) I filled in the proper c...

I'm not sure about the DRS stage - don't use it - but I use this with a DB2 stage, and under the SQL tab, I use Load SQL from a file at run time, and under that I specify {FILE}/pathnameofsqlfile. At least in this stage, you need to specify {FILE} before the path/filename of the SQL file in order fo...

Where exactly are you trying to execute dsjob? Your post suggests you may be trying to run dsjob in the Command Interface in the Administrator.
You should run dsjob at the UNIX command level, not in the Administrator.

I wonder if your DBA has Netezza set up to correctly handle the character set you are dealing with? One way to determine this is to take one record from your input file and run it through nzload (the Netezza loader) and then check to see how the row looks in the database.
