My question is this I am reading data from one table which is in x database and appending data to the oracle database this table is a partitioned table. so its not allwoing me to choose index mode.when i try to run the job its is giving the below error. how to store a value into a parameter from sql query.
I need to store the result from oracle enterprise stage which always returns single value into a parameter. I have to use this parameter in other jobs.

Hi, Here the problem is, your using a CHAR as a Key column and your checking the case sensitive or insensitive. Just check the key fields and select the option case sensitive and try out the result.
