I am not able to open OCI stage in my machine. When I I try opening it then it is disconnecting the server. Can you please suggest me how to resolve this issue?

In ST environment, see whether the job is locked or not.
If the Job is locked then try to release the job and then delete it.

Now try to import the job

Are you passing the table name as parameter?...

Try to run your job after some time.....

Because your server would have been overloaded as Ray said.

Check whether any firewall restrictions are there for your server ip?....

Actually Raj mentioned that Eff_str_dt and Eff_end_dt are keys in hash file.
So when you don't connect with Eff_str_dt and Eff_end_dt fields, DS will give compilation error right?...
That's why I have given that solution ya....

Use OCI stage for lookup instead of Hased file.... and then
In the constraints

in.ctrl_dt >= Lkp.Eff_str_dt and in.ctrl_dt <= Lkp.Eff_end_dt
