When i run my data stage job. after 30mins it is showing the error like the below...

"Abnormal termination of stage ZAJobNewPEL..Map detected"

can any one can explain how can i reslove this.

QUOTECHAR does appear in the firstnine postions of F1. and F2 value of this rec is null
Inspite of this, 1 is appended at the end to all the values

i hear this way of bringing out the modifications can reduce the amount of time taken when lots of changes have to be done to the job.. say rite from the annotations...... all i know is that the changes are to be incorporated in the xml document..

Hi Consider a scenario where changes have to be made to the data length or other suffs of a job.. So instead of doing the changes to the job and then importing the metadata all over again, is there an alternative that can be done using the XML document and XML Stage???? Pl let me know if ther's any ...
