In transformer i am having one input column as varchar. in that field i have to extract the numeric digits from the input data.please let me know if any functions available for that?

i have resolve the error....

After a join stage(left outer) with in a transformer stage i have got this error....

i am new to DS. I want to install DS in my HOME PC.(win XP).i made complete installation and it through the error like cannot connect with host(error no 81011). how to resolve the problem. or else guide me to successfull installation.
