Issue resolved....

Tried killing the job.... thereafter tried for running the jobs thrice....it was successfull now.....

Kumar told SAS will give end-to-end solution
so if client shoots the question why i choose Datastage instead of SAS?

reasons for datastage
1. bcz of cost
2. bcz of scalability and more
