Halo everybody we need to do a job which accepts a .csv file as input and direct the columns to database. Actually our input is a .xls file with one of the columns as XML i.e. the 4rth column of the .xls file is in XML .. has tags..etc. plz suggest how to parse such a input and load everything in OD...

I have been getting this fatal error in almost all my jobs.

Error message (261944) exceeds the maximum message size (131056); dropping.
Error message (261730) exceeds the maximum message size (131056); dropping.

Plz let me know what is the solution for this.
