Hi Ernie,

I did not create the queue.
But I executed the command you said.

The MAX MESSAGE LENGTH is MAXMSGL(4194304). 4MB.
The big XML I am talking about for which i am getting the FATAL error is around 1 MB.

This error does not occur when the XML is small.

I just deleted everything and created teh job again its working fine now.
