I did sort up front in the ODBC and indicated the Sort order in the Aggregator. I played around a bit and changed the job from ODBC==>Transformer===>Aggregator====>ODBC to ODBC==>Transformer===>Aggregator====>IPC====>ODBC and that works fine.
